How to submit a good support request

  • Page URL and environment (production/staging).
  • User role/account affected.
  • When the issue started (time + timezone).
2) Steps
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Expected result vs actual result.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings.
3) Technical details
  • Browser/device + OS version.
  • Console error and server logs if available.
  • Recent deployments or config changes.
4) Severity
  • Blocking: system unusable / financial impact.
  • Major: core feature broken but workaround exists.
  • Minor: cosmetic or non-critical issue.
