ReanOrt provides business systems, software development, integrations, automation, support, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a proposal, statement of work (SOW), invoice, or written agreement.

• Some features may depend on third-party systems or customer infrastructure.

3. Accounts & Access

If services include a portal, admin panel, or hosted environment, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and restricting access to authorized personnel.

• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activities performed under your account.

4. Quotes, Orders & Billing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final scope, schedule, and fees may change if requirements change or new constraints are discovered. Billing terms will be defined in invoices or agreements.

5. Customer Data

“Customer Data” means data you or your users submit to systems we build or host for you. You retain ownership of Customer Data. We process Customer Data only to provide services, support, and as instructed in the agreement.

• You are responsible for legality of Customer Data and obtaining required consents.
• We implement reasonable safeguards, but you should also maintain strong internal access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, visuals, branding) is owned by ReanOrt or its licensors. For custom development, ownership terms (source code, deliverables, licenses) will be defined in your proposal or contract.

• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute website content without permission.
• We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential patterns developed during engagements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, or using services for unlawful activities.

• No hacking, scanning, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• No sending malware, spam, or abusive content.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services will not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant service in the period specified in the agreement (or, if not specified, the last 3 months).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReanOrt from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website/services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or use services unlawfully. For paid engagements, termination conditions will be defined in the contract.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
